Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems, databases, and records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to manage and analyze data
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data management processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
