As a part-time Customer Service Representative II, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients and colleagues to provide seamless and efficient services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:
* Serving as the Local Site Manager or liaison with the assigned Local Site Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
* Managing throughput to ensure adherence to established performance standards, ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient services
* Providing quality customer care activities, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity
* Performing the enrollment, issuance, and activation of PIV credentials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Managing schedules, including adjusting operating schedules due to planned or unscheduled events
* Capturing quality biometrics, performing document validation, and efficiently organizing and securing PIV credentials
* Following established procedures to adjust operating schedules due to planned or unscheduled events
* Lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and pushing a mail cart or hand truck as needed
* Performing other duties as assigned by the Registrar or Local Site Manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a mail cart or hand truck as needed
Schedule
As a part-time Customer Service Representative II, you'll work 24 hours per week, with a schedule of:
* 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
* 8-hour shift
* Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
