Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - RMA Order Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing incoming RMA orders, resolving product delivery concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with internal teams, third-party logistics vendors, and customers to ensure seamless order processing and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

* Process incoming RMA orders from arenaflex customers, ensuring accurate order entry and validation

  • Respond to product delivery concerns and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Answer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teams, providing timely and accurate information
  • Inform customers about the ordering process, ensuring clear communication and transparency
  • Control and monitor inventory levels, making system adjustments based on physical information to maintain accuracy
  • Interface with third-party logistics vendors to ensure materials are moving through the supply chain efficiently

Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a telecommunications or technology industry

Technical Skills:

+ Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle + Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com + Transactional knowledge of order creation and RMA processing + Strong computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Excel

Soft Skills:

+ Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills + Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects + Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment + Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow through on details, and provide input and feedback to the team + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills + Possess a professional and cooperative attitude
