Job Summary:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - RMA Order Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing incoming RMA orders, resolving product delivery concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
* Process incoming RMA orders from arenaflex customers, ensuring accurate order entry and validation
- Respond to product delivery concerns and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Answer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teams, providing timely and accurate information
- Inform customers about the ordering process, ensuring clear communication and transparency
- Control and monitor inventory levels, making system adjustments based on physical information to maintain accuracy
- Interface with third-party logistics vendors to ensure materials are moving through the supply chain efficiently
Requirements:

Experience:
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a telecommunications or technology industry
Technical Skills:
+ Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle + Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com + Transactional knowledge of order creation and RMA processing + Strong computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
