As a customer service and appointment setting representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients across various industries, including customer service, order support, sales, appointment setting, consulting services, and technical support. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services - Setting appointments and scheduling meetings with clients - Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and outcomes In addition to these responsibilities, we are also seeking licensed insurance agents to join our virtual work from home insurance agency. If you are not currently licensed, don't worry – we offer a virtual training class that will prepare you for the state licensing exam. We will cover the cost of the required courses, and you will be responsible for paying for the licensing exam.

Key Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Familiarity with insurance products and services - Strong knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
