Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Master Data Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing internal inbound requests for new accounts and updating existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies
- Developing a strong knowledge of basic branch functions, order entry, and how Customer Master Data (CMD) affects all teams
- Processing inbound requests for new pricing and pricing updates to existing accounts, utilizing the SAP and PROs systems
- Working with Sr. CMD Specialists on branch closures, openings, and mergers
- Communicating effectively via email to explain issues on an account and provide solutions
- Performing other projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous SAP experience is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in an office environment with customer-facing activities, internal or external
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
