Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound calls from customers regarding our grocery delivery services. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. This is a full-time, open-ended temporary position, and you'll be working remotely from the Carlisle, PA area. With a competitive hourly rate of $15, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Inbound Calls: You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding our grocery delivery services. This may include answering questions about missing or expired items, general in-store questions, and providing product information.
  • Resolving Customer Complaints: You'll work closely with customers to resolve their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Familiarity with Google Chrome: You should be comfortable using Google Chrome and have experience with its features and functionality.
  • Experience in Customer Service: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Grocery Industry: You'll have a strong understanding of the grocery industry and its operations.
  • Call Center Experience: You'll have experience working in a call center environment and be familiar with call center software and systems.
