Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly face and organized mind behind all family interactions, guiding them through our innovative educational offerings. Your focus will be on logistics, data management, and training ambassadors, ensuring the admissions process is executed with accuracy and care. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing prompt and precise responses to inquiries from parents through phone and email
• Guiding and supporting student ambassadors to effectively showcase our programs during tours
• Organizing the logistics for tours and shadow days with meticulous attention to detail
• Keeping our CRM & SIS systems updated with current admissions records
• Assisting in the creation of scalable manuals and processes for future campuses

What You Won't Be Doing

* Developing or directing the admissions strategy

• Supervising a team or managing multiple campuses
• Engaging in curriculum development or direct student instruction

Essential Qualifications

* Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or sales

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
• Authorization to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software

• Experience in admissions, education, or fast-paced settings
