Experienced Full Stack Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Data Center Operations and Cloud Security

About the Role:

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our business-critical applications. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, improving efficiency, and enhancing security across our data center operations and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead or participate in high-level technical discussions spanning technology and business

• Develop specifications for complex infrastructure frameworks, design and test solutions
• Contribute to the testing of business, application, and technical system requirements
• Drive solutions to reduce recovery time
• Audit and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management, and key turns
• Configure, code, test, troubleshoot, and report programs using Agile development practices
• Plan complex system upgrades
• Resolve complex patterns as they emerge
• Develop a long-term plan to address issues and prevent them from recurring
• Direct the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on approaches, techniques, and work guidelines to ensure a positive outcome
• Collaborate and communicate with peers, partners, and executives to resolve issues and achieve objectives

Required Capabilities:

* 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Designing and Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

• 4+ years of experience in data center operations

Desired Capabilities:

* Experience supporting technology at an enterprise level

• Familiarity with server, storage, network, and organization equipment
• Familiarity with Layer 1 Network Design
• Broad knowledge of data center operations (space, power, cooling, and network)
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills in high-pressure situations

Work Assumptions:

* Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Adaptability to work in a 24/7 environment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
