Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
- Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities

- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and multiple applications
