Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our debit card customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and efficient service

  • Follow established communication "scripts" when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives that meet their requirements
  • Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise, helping customers to get the most out of their debit card services
  • Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, adapting to changing customer needs and priorities
  • Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring that customers receive consistent and reliable service
  • Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a welcoming and supportive experience for customers
  • Flexibility to cross-train as requested, expanding your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our customers

Requirements

* Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience preferred, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Previous 1 year call center or office background experience a plus, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Quick learner and able to work independently, with a strong ability to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communication
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and empathy, to provide exceptional customer service
  • Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required, ensuring that our customers receive service from trusted and reliable professionals
