Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Calmly Resolving Issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to Requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Tracking Call Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling: Upsell if required.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Age: Over 18 years of age.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Organization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS.
  • ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 30MS.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace is essential for productivity.
