Responsibilities

As a Lockbox Processor (Government) - Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures.
• Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions.
• Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable.
• Providing feedback on workflow and work received.
• Reviewing transactions and related documents and verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills.
• Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a data entry or scanning environment.
• Familiarity with government regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
