Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist – Remote Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. You'll work directly with clients to set up and maintain the ideal environment for our beverages to be served, and you'll be responsible for performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per arenaflex's standards

• Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
• Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
• Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, working collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and meet their needs
• Remain positive, flexible, and adaptable, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

• Valid driver's license
• Technical aptitude and ability to fix machines
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
• Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
