Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
• Responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
• Utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage client interactions, track issues, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve processes, and drive client satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed and accurate information to clients
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including client satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution rates

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry (or similar high-volume, customer-facing environment)
