Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our part-time team on a flexible schedule. As the first point of contact for students, you'll provide top-notch support, address inquiries, and guide students through program enrollment and completion. Your passion for health, wellness, and education will shine through in every interaction, making you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through program enrollment and completion

  • Act as the first point of contact for students, setting the tone for their experience with arenaflex
  • Monitor student progress and engagement, ensuring they stay on track and reach their goals
  • Assist students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, providing seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute virtual student events and engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of community and connection
  • Identify and escalate complex student concerns as needed, providing timely and effective solutions

Requirements:

* 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support), with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
  • A passion for health, wellness, and education is a plus, as you'll be working with students who are driven to make a positive impact in these areas
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, allowing you to connect with a broader range of students and provide inclusive support
