Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing prompt, accurate, and objective responses to written inquiries from our customers. You'll be responsible for researching and resolving complex issues, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Research and resolve complex issues, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
