Job Summary
As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing prompt, accurate, and objective responses to written inquiries from our customers. You'll be responsible for researching and resolving complex issues, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Research and resolve complex issues, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers and internal stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
