You'll be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized interactions that leave a lasting impression. Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and support for arenaflex's electric vehicles and renewable energy products
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, response times, and social media engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, renewable energy, and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)
