Job Responsibilities
As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently and accurately process new prescription orders, refills, or clarifications
- Utilize multiple software programs to review patient profiles and accurately enter prescription information
- Update and maintain patient records with an eye for detail, ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with other teams to address clarifications and transfer information appropriately
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold standards for data security
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Colorado Provisional Pharmacy License or Colorado Certified Pharmacy Technician License preferred. arenaflex will cover costs for applicants willing to obtain a provisional license
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands
- Adaptable and eager to learn and grow with the company

Compensation and Schedule
* $21-24 per hour, depending on experience
- Remote, however applicants must first be trained on site in-person at arenaflex (approximately 90 days)
- Schedule: Full-time
- Training (approximately 90 days in person): Mond-Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Remote: Wed-Fri 8:30 am - 7:00 pm | Sat-Sun 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
