Experienced HR Shared Services Representative – Workday HCM and Talent Management

You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will work closely with our local and global skills groups to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data, managing employee structures and processes, and providing top-notch customer support to our employees. You'll have the opportunity to research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
- Assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
- Research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
- Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for our employees
- Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
- Perform system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool
- Demonstrated experience in Mass Uploads (EIB)
- Demonstrated project management, communication, and customer support skills
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus
