Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Support Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers through live chat, phone, and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries and complaints through live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Process orders and modifications promptly, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Evaluate and escalate complaints when necessary, utilizing various communication channels to resolve issues
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor with customers, even in challenging situations
  • Utilize computer systems to assist customers effectively, ensuring seamless support experiences

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably with live chat support experience
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on empathy and active listening
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with ease, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in customer service preferred but not required

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences
