Responsibilities
As an Online Live Chat Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
- Assisting customers in navigating our website, online banking platform, and other digital services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team for resolution
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and making recommendations for process enhancements
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keeping up-to-date on our products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
