Job Summary

As a virtual customer service agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You'll work independently, managing your schedule and workload to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer care, you'll be an ambassador for arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior agents or management
  • Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions and data
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including training and quality assurance, to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including service level agreements, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or virtual environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer care, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions and data
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed on personal computer
  • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's clients and industries
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a virtual customer service agent, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.

* Quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Organized desk area
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app
