Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming amounts of chats to identify and assess customers' needs and achieve satisfaction
• Providing exceptional support to clients via chat, phone, email, and other contact platforms
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing accurate information
• Resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Documenting customer interactions in our internal system
• Maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor during all customer interactions
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
