With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Stop Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Senior Statistics Architect Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs

• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and deliver large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC stop-to-stop technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years

• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence is a plus
