Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to military recruitment and advertising strategies. This role involves handling a high volume of data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining organized records. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with the data management team to support research and analysis efforts that inform effective recruitment campaigns.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Accurately input a variety of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of experience (1-2 years preferred) in data entry, data management, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Access, or other database management systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and successfully complete a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) check.
