Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our Guest Relations and Operations Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to guests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Utilize AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
- Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management via Slack to ensure that issues are escalated and resolved promptly
- Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently
- Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms to ensure that our guests feel valued and appreciated
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and our guests have a comfortable stay
- Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market management and ensure that our guests have access to the services they need
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
- Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
- Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
- Ability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
- Experience with reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST for the right candidates

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Base salary: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
