Job Summary
As an Insurance Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers over the phone, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to insurance policies. Your primary tasks will include:
- Gathering and verifying customer information
- Entering data into forms and systems
- Answering questions about insurance policies and procedures
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Hours of Operation and Availability
Our remote customer support team operates on a 24/7 schedule, with the following hours of operation:
- Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 5 PM PST
We require a commitment of 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours self-scheduled on the weekend. This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life while delivering exceptional support to our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Data entry experience (previous experience with data entry software and systems)
- High-volume call support experience (previous experience handling multiple calls simultaneously)
- Strong typing skills (45 WPM or higher)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Windows 10 or above (sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity)
- Willingness to install arenaflex's security software on your computer and mobile device
- Willingness to install AWS on your computer
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
- Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
