Experienced Full Stack Senior Business Analyst – Data-Driven Forecasting and Business Process Optimization

About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive functional effectiveness and cost-saving initiatives. As a key member of our Estimating group, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing process improvements that drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in helping us navigate the ever-changing landscape of the food delivery industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of data-driven forecasting models to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
• Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Identify opportunities for business process optimization and implement changes to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and operational teams

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or related role, with a focus on data analysis and business process optimization
• Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application in business decision-making
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and iterative project management
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Sigma or Looker

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
