Work with a dynamic team
Our Digital Innovation team is a hub of creativity and innovation, where talented professionals from diverse backgrounds come together to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will work closely with our team of engineers, product managers, and business analysts to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts
- Collaborate with the Advanced Analytics Community (DOC) to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Design and develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analytics capabilities
- Work with our engineering team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve application performance, reduce errors, and enhance user experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and data visualization
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ability to write efficient and effective SQL queries
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, and ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analytics capabilities
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau
- Experience with agile development methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
