Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry/Order Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's Oracle system and other software platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer purchase orders, manage orders throughout the entire cycle, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments

  • Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
  • Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Review, verify, and make corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
  • Contact customers to resolve unclear issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
  • Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience

  • Customer interaction experience is preferred
  • Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required
  • Education: Associates Degree preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Paid Training
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable

* Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
