Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data from various sources into our company database. This will involve reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Updating and verifying existing data for accuracy and consistency: You will be responsible for updating and verifying existing data in our database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors: You will be responsible for conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors in our database.
  • Generating reports and sharing findings with management as needed: You will be responsible for generating reports and sharing findings with management as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information: You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred but not required): While experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred, it is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook): You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience

No prior experience is required for this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
