Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, guiding customers through the ordering process, and resolving post-order issues. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.

Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials

  • Guide customers through the ordering procedure online, ensuring that they have a seamless and hassle-free experience
  • Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
  • Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international shipping concerns
  • Work with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using customer service software a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with luxury fashion brands or e-commerce companies

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest fashion developments
  • Experience using software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Base pay: $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market, up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market
  • Equity: Dependent on the position offered, equity may be provided as part of a total compensation package
  • Sign-on payments: Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments may be provided as part of a total compensation package
  • Medical, financial, and other benefits: A full range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other perks, may be provided as part of a total compensation package
