As a vital member of the arenaflex Answer Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be the primary point of contact for a wide range of client service requests and issues, from enrollment and billing inquiries to technical support and group administration. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical acumen to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills and technical acumen to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries.
  • Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication, whether through phone calls, letters, or emails.
  • Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients, utilizing your problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Developing technical acumen to address more complex issues that may arise, and utilizing process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to continuously improve client service experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Prior call center experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies is preferred.
  • Capability to develop technical acumen is necessary, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Strong client-facing orientation is essential, with a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills are required, with a proven ability to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary, with a willingness to think critically and creatively to address complex issues.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
