The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner. You'll also be responsible for assisting with booking, reservations, and general inquiries about arenaflex services.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment.

  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating various computer systems and software.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
