Position Overview
As a Virtual Chat Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support through live chat. Your role will involve:
- Responding promptly to customer queries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing accurate information about our health and wellness products, services, and resources
- Assisting customers in resolving issues, including product inquiries, account management, and order tracking
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product offerings and promotions
- Gathering customer feedback and providing suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information about our health and wellness products, services, and resources

Qualifications
