Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and entry-level Customer Service Remote Agents to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to the Access-a-Ride transportation program. As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the program. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Access-a-Ride transportation program
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet productivity standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with the Access-a-Ride transportation program or similar programs
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with a focus on languages spoken in the NYC area
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
