Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience using tools like Salesforce or Zendesk
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school degree, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies
