Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating action plans for the Sales Team and Team Leads to promote store objectives and growth in their roles
  • Managing a team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads, ensuring the successful execution of company sales strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Under guidance from the Store Manager, facilitating the hiring process, training, and performance management for Sales Representatives and Team Leads
  • Serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, including being responsible for opening and closing the store according to established policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Providing coaching and feedback to Sales Representatives and Team Leads to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

What You'll Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school education or equivalent required, 2 years of college or related technical training preferred
  • 2 years of related retail experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead, guide, and mentor store employees
  • Strong customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment appreciated, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
