Responsibilities

As a part-time Web Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex online, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via web chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services
  • Assisting customers with online purchases, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role (preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
