Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Discord server remains a safe and enjoyable space for users. Your primary duties will include:

Moderating Chat:

Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, ban users with repeated rule infractions, mute users who have violated the rules, and investigate reports from users about potential rule breaches.

Community Engagement:

Engage with users, respond to their queries, and provide guidance on our community guidelines and rules.

Conflict Resolution:

Resolve conflicts between users in a fair and impartial manner, ensuring that all parties are treated with respect and dignity.

Reporting and Feedback:

Provide regular reports on your moderation activities, including any issues or concerns you've encountered, and offer feedback on how we can improve our community guidelines and rules.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll need:

Age:

Be at least 18 years old

Education:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with users in a respectful and professional manner

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Discord and its moderation tools, as well as basic computer skills

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner

Time Management:

Ability to manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial for this role:

Moderation Experience:

Previous experience as a moderator on Discord or other online platforms
