Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed as an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred.
