Experienced Customer Service Representative – Debit Card Operations (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Debit Card Operations, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries, and upselling products when opportunities arise. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient call handling, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate assistance

  • Follow established communication "scripts" when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their issues
  • Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle calls, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise, promoting arenaflex's services and offerings
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring that you're available to support our customers
  • Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a world-class experience that exceeds our clients' expectations
  • Be open to cross-training and professional development opportunities, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and arenaflex's services

Requirements:

* Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience is preferred, but not required

  • Previous 1 year call center or office background experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation of software applications
  • Quick learner and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately, with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
