Job Summary

As a Full Stack Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and engagement through our chat platform. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through chat support and community engagement

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization in customer support and community engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote our chat platform and community engagement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve
  • Work with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain reports to track progress towards goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in customer support and community engagement

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, community engagement, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through chat support and community engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with chat platforms and community engagement tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Experience with data visualization tools and reporting software
  • Certification in customer support or community engagement (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
