Job Summary

As a Home-Based Customer Service Advocate for arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, itineraries, baggage, and general travel information, and resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Handle customer requests for flight changes, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds, and educate customers on arenaflex loyalty programs, policies, and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and stay updated on airline industry trends and arenaflex offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and provide exceptional service.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and support the success of our team.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a home-based or remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets.

  • Knowledge of the airline industry and arenaflex products and services, with the ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as customer relationship management or conflict resolution.
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers and customers with disabilities.
