About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers and delivering exceptional service every day. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and arenaflex policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
