Position Overview:

arenaflex is seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist to provide remote Live Chat and email support to our clients. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information and recommendations.

Position Responsibilities:

* Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant product information and recommendations

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging
• Respond in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
• Resolve complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management
• Document client interactions and follow up as appropriate
• Stay up to date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends, and customer service best practices
• Attend regional trainings twice a year

Qualifications:

* An ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Experience in a customer service role, with a preference for the luxury beauty industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills, including typing and the ability to navigate through different software programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Professional demeanor
• Passion for beauty and conservation
• Ability to work evenings (until 7pm EST), weekends, and some holidays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Knowledge of skincare and makeup products
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with Live Chat and email support software
• Certification in customer service or a related field
