Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for daily processing of vendor invoices and assisting all other assigned accounting responsibilities and projects. The functions of the position serve as valuable support for the accounting department. This position reports directly to the CFO and is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to develop their skills and experience in accounting and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Daily processing of incoming mail and vendor invoices
  • Daily data entry of vendor invoices and credits
  • Issuance of vendor lien waivers
  • Processing of vendor checks
  • Preparing outgoing checks to vendors
  • Retrieval of online bills from various vendors
  • Communicating with vendors and property staff
  • Processing City of Norman water bills and resident adjustments
  • Preparation of Quarterly Reserves for lenders
  • Assisting with Property tax related items
  • MUB Billings
  • Processing tenant deactivations
  • Processing intercompany related billing and credits

Required Skills and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Data Entry experience
  • Proficiency in account reconciliations
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Very strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience

We are seeking an individual with at least two years of related experience in data entry and accounting. If you have a strong background in accounting and data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. If you are able to work in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working on a computer for extended periods, we encourage you to apply.
