Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace and generating leads using our user-friendly software
- Responding to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
- Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with our closers to ensure seamless sales processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Facebook Marketplace and our user-friendly software
- Ability to generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace
- Commission-only sales experience (bonus points if you have a proven track record of success)
