Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with enterprise-level clients to understand their AWS cloud services usage and providing valuable insights to help them optimize their cloud infrastructure.
  • Processing complex client cases through case management, email, chat, and phone channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Providing clear, concise, and client-centric support to enterprise clients, helping them achieve the best value from AWS cloud services.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their business and technical needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Driving initiatives to improve client interactions with AWS cloud services data, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with AWS cloud services, products, and features, and sharing knowledge with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer service, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, AWS services, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with case management tools, email, chat, and phone support channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Certification in AWS cloud services, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
