What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our Recruiting area in various projects, including:

• Identifying and initial contacting potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contacting potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the current processes of the area
• Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
• Collaborate with multicultural teams distributed across the globe to drive business growth and success

Essential Qualifications:

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
